Executive Nzingha Stewart investigates the parallels of the thought in the up and coming Lifetime unique film, Love by the 10th Date. Shadow and Act debuted the lighthearted comedy on Wednesday (Dec. 28) which takes after Gabrielle Fateful (Meagan Good), a magazine manager who toys with the hypothesis of 10 dates to discover love and satisfaction. With the assistance of associates and buddies Neil (Kellee Stewart), Kellie (Keri Hilson) and Margot (Kelly Rowland), the adventure is loaded with shenanigans, a Trinidad James cameo and a little lesson on confidence.
With the film highlighting open marriage, and connection ease (Neil’s beau is indiscriminate), the film appears to be a tribute to the great lighthearted comedy troupe while going up against new paths. Stewart disclosed this to pundits who blamed the film for being excessively cliche.
