Magnificent creation values and a better than average reason hold together “Billionaire Ransom,” a generally feeble thriller built from utilized parts. Part “Extremist” and part “The Breakfast Club” no, truly this crossover of survivalist activity and youthful grown-up show stays watchable from beginning to end, regardless of the possibility that it never gets to be crucial.
Jeremy Sumpter stars as Kyle, a ruined rich child who gets sent to a training camp style all inclusive school on a remote Scottish isle after a tanked driving occurrence almost slaughters a young lady named Amy (Phoebe Tonkin). There, he bonds with other ne’er-do-wells including Amy in amazing outdoors works out. The preparation proves to be useful when the school gets attacked by a paramilitary gathering that holds the children prisoner, requesting a major payday from their well off guardians.
